I've been coming to Sheehan for 15 years and have bought two cars here, but I don't think I'll be coming back. Your prices are simply out of control, beyond what one would reasonably expect from a dealership. $3,200 for a transmission mount replacement on a 2012 Verano? Insanity. Absolutely beyond the pale of anything one could reasonably expect to pay. I brought my 2018 Enclave in recently to check on a service bulletin regarding hesitation while shifting at lower speeds and no one bothered to check what I asked for and instead went to the nuclear option of a $6,500 torque converter replacement. When I asked the technician to do what I asked, I was told it would be another two hours, and after four hours and multiple phone calls, I finally got through to ask about my car and get it back. I don't feel like I matter at all, and I'm just one more wallet paying your overhead. Every aspect of Sheehan's service has declined in the last few years: repairs that are 3x-4x the cost of literally anywhere else, excessive wait times, a terrible lack of communication from the service advisors, and a general dearth of any kind of warmth or empathy for the exorbitant prices you charge in difficult financial times. If "Sheehan's believin'," then I've seen all I need to see.

This was my first time coming into Sheehan Buick and GMC. I was immediately impressed by the appearance and cleanliness of the dealership. I then met my salesman, Yad Afalo. What a tremendous asset and representative of Sheehan and their brand. Yad took the time to explain in detail how everything worked on the truck that I bought. More importantly, was how honest Yad was during the entire process from start to finish. It was so refreshing to walk into a dealership that valued honesty and integrity. Sheehan is definitely doing things right and has now gained another customer for the long term.

For the pass three years I have drought my truck to Sheehan, last month I took my vehicle in for annual oil change and tire rotation. I got home after the service was done and noticed that one lock on three of the wheels were missing. days later I was told that the locks on but they had been broken off. I was so upset because the guy never said anything about it. the service was poor.

very friendly staff, wait time for getting oil change much less this time. waiting room comfortable but was crowded and prefer to sit farther away from people instead of feeling like we are sitting on top of one another. my only disappointment was that I asked to check my tires and make sure the air pressure set to 35. The tires were not looked at. Did get some good information about what Buick is similar to my GMC Terrain as my lease is up in 7 months

I purchased my new truck in September and unfortunately acquired a large spike in the outside of one of my tires. I made my service appointment for a Saturday and truly had a great experience with my Service Advisor Troy Neel. Troy met me with a smile on his face and explained the process and how long it would take. What really stood out was the positivity of not only Troy, but everyone that I crossed paths with at the dealership. I even crossed paths with Tom Sheehan who saw my Buffalo Bills hat. Tom actually took the time to stop and talk, and I found that to an outstanding example of leading from the front. Truly the place you want to buy your vehicle from if you wanted to be treated the right way.

I arrived and met with the service manager promptly. The wait time was just as promised. The vehicle was returned. I checked the PSI in the tires before I left. The pressure was at 80% of what the vehicle was brought in at. The responses received were not professional. 30 PSI across the 4 tires was "due to the cold weather". An hour and half earlier they were at 35. I can only hope the oil was changed and the tires rotated.

I requsted GMC online to honor a 20% discount email received from GM. They advised me to have dealer handle it, that it should be no problem. After at least three attempts and no call back from service manager on the issue you get a poor customer service response. I would expect more, especially after buying an 85k vehicle.

Brandon is amazing! He is honest and polite. The facility is always clean. The seating area has a free coffee machine, lots of comfortable couches and wifi. I get there open my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Its usually about a 2 hour wait but I also get a free exterior car wash. I love going here even though I live 40 mins away. For me its worth the drive.

Unfortunately, the expensive warranty that I bought with my 2020 used Sierra 1500 two years ago had expired. My estimated repair costs for repairing/replacing lifters, crankshaft and likely the entire engine approaches over $17K.......not exactly happy here!....not a total fault for the dealer, but the incident on my 5.3 engine appears related to the overall GM 6.2 engine issue since 2019 and the class action lawsuit for the 6.2 that they are facing. Dealership....yes I would buy again from here.

I was told 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours wait. We did then add front end alignment. Was 3 hours plus. I liked my car being washed but didn't know they would do the interior. I have a lot of junk inside. Then they used a fragrance on top of that. I hate all fragrance. Use none of it in my home or life. I would have refused the wash. The car is still smelling bad. Also when I left dealership my brakes were making a horrible noise when depressed for complete stop. All the way home. Called the person back that handled my appointment but my call was never returned. 5 days now. The noise did stop so I am hoping that it had to do with alignment and is okay.

Service was an oil/filter change and tire rotation. When I checked the car as I always do immediately after the car is returned to me at the dealership, fresh oil had been spilled all over the engine compartment, including the exhaust manifold, radiator fan, valve cover, and engine block. It looked to be at least 1/2 quart of spilled oil remaining in the engine compartment and pooled in the crevices. The engine started to smoke in the short distance - less than 50 feet - from delivery to where I parked it at the dealership to check it. Also, all four tire valve caps were very loose when I checked them, requiring at least four full rotations to tighten properly onto the valves. I immediately brought this to my service advisor Bosco’s attention and he brought the car back in to have the spilled oil cleaned out. Bosco is a terrific service advisor. I’ve been working with him for over 10 years and this is not his fault. However, the spilled oil and very loose tire valve caps are unacceptable. Accidents happen and fluids spill, but the mechanic should have known better than to allow that much spilled oil to remain on the engine without cleaning it up. I’ve performed hundreds of oil changes on my vehicles and this is very basic. I’m extremely disappointed that the mechanic allowed this to happen and that whoever replaced the tire valve caps left all four loose enough to fall off on the drive home. I give three stars instead of one because Bosco took care of it quickly and professionally, but I’m extremely disappointed that the mechanic initially returned the car in that condition.

Since I was there last, you crammed a car into the waiting area. Feels crowded. Love seats? When I checked out, there was confusion over the discount on an oil change. If you send me the coupon book, why isn't it automatically calculated? Nobody at checkout had any reference for your deals.

Never explained there would be additional charges for the diagnosis for continuous water dripping on passenger side. Troy. Service rep very arrogant and unprofessional. The $275. was supposed to give me a diagnostics on what is wrong with my car so I had to fight for the reimbursement with Mark Harmon supervisor and he was giving me a song and dance. He was insisting to keep the $275 for doing nothing for me. Then he offered to pay half $150. of it. I absolutely said that was not acceptable they did not fulfill what their promise was. I brought it to your dealership to give me an expertise diagnostic opinion. As I had another mechanic that couldn’t find the problem. It really was unfair unnecessary what the two of them put me through.

I had an appointment for an oil change and I was there almost 2 hours and they didn’t rotate the tires as they were going to. The oil change they did. I asked if my car was ready after a long time and they said that they were going to wash it and I said skip that and it was another 20 minutes before I got my car. Friendly, professional, efficient dealership. Unfortunately, the problem with my Buick was the fault of the auto start and stop mechanism which was activated when my hood was open and the battery was changed last month. The car would stall at stoplights. I had never activated the start stop mechanism before, so I thought something was wrong with the engine. I’m surprised the mechanics did not mention this to me. They must’ve thought it was just normal. As usual, I think the epa is doing more harm than good. This auto start and stop mechanism should be disconnected from all cars.

The service representative said that he would do his best to have my car properly cleaned. It was clear on pick-up that this effort was never made. I pay double for filters and oil changes that what I can pay elsewhere, and tolerate fake charges, things like shop supplies and consumables for an alignment, and I'm not getting at least a decent wash. makes me wonder how above and beyond my local GM dealer actually goes and why I want to continue to support this.

Service department is way too busy. Couldn’t even look at my truck for several days . It wasn’t fixed for 3 weeks. GMC is also at fault- please build better more reliable vehicles and thus not needing breakdown repairs. Warranty would not cover an engine wire harness - that is a manufacturing fault.

I called ahead of time and was told my extended warranties would be valid at your location. I showed up and Bosco said otherwise. He had a terrible attitude and basically told me I was wrong when I was just relaying information given to me by his team. He then tried to get me to leave by saying the oil change would take over 2 hours (when I called ahead, they told me they usually take 45 minutes). I decided to stay and wait it out and miraculously it was done in under an hour. He just wanted me to leave because my appointment was at 3:30 and he wanted to go home. I will not be returning to this dealership for service in the future.
