Scheduling online was a breeze. Dropped off my vehicle right before my appointment and while we waited we walked acrossed the street to have breakfast. Came back and waited in the service lounge until the vehicle was done. You can't beat the price or the service at Sheehan. We use to go to Coral Springs GMC but it was always a full day process. Never again. Bosco and the guys in service get it done right!

I was in for service for my truck. I did not have an appointment but I had an emergency with the lifters failing. Andrea was awesome. I texted her number and she got me in that day. She was very extensive in her explanation of what the problem could be and did not filter the extent of what the problems might also be. I appreciated that Andrea also got me a rental car which was very nice considering I have two children and I'm a single dad the truck was fixed within five days and has been running great ever since.

Brandon is wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately, the tires pressure in my tires was all over the place, one was @ 38, one was at 36 and the other 2 were @ 33. The wash on my car was terrible. It was still dirty, and the windows were not cleaned in the back. I will contribute this the mechanics who worked on my car, they rushed through and did not pay attention to what was being done. The positive note is again; Brandon was helpful, and I appreciate his customer service.

First said it was warranty valve body (known issue with this model) then said it was wiring issue and not covered under warranty. Less than 200 miles exact same issue! Should have changed valve body instead of skimping. Will take it to another dealership for fix

I recently visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a Hummer EV, primarily due to the 0% APR financing incentive. Given my excellent credit (A+ rating), I was informed I qualified for this offer. During my discussion with the salesperson and manager, we reviewed financial options and ultimately decided on a lease based on their assurance that the buyout value at the end of the lease would be approximately $59,000. This number was a key factor in my decision to lease, as it made financial sense at the time. After several hours of waiting—tired, hungry, and ready to complete the process—I finally met with the finance manager. It was only at the very end of signing all paperwork that I was informed the residual value (buyout price) was actually $77,000, which is nearly $18,000 more than originally stated and $30,000 more when including overall costs. By that point, I felt pressured to finalize the deal and just wanted to drive home with the car I had been waiting for. However, I now feel misled and taken advantage of, especially given the substantial discrepancy in the numbers that were represented to me. As a dentist, I speak with dozens of people each day—many of whom admire the vehicle and ask where I got it. Unfortunately, I cannot in good conscience recommend your dealership due to this experience. I have already reached out to my salesperson to explore reversing the lease agreement and transitioning to a finance option instead. I respectfully request a resolution to this matter—either by honoring the original buyout figure I was told, or by allowing me to switch to the 0% APR financing that I initially came in for. I bring my 2017 GMC Acadia in for it’s routine oil change and tire rotation When I get back in the car and start driving down the road I see that my tire indicator was on So I turn around and head back to the dealership to have it checked out I was told that the problem was that all four tire sensors needed to be replaced Now I find it hard to believe that all four sensors were not working when in fact I had no problem previously but did have some of them replaced in the past but for all four to go out at the same time is hard to believe Had to be something with the tire rotation

Asked to out air tires not done had to drive away and come back. I was given the wrong paperwork for tires and then 29 minutes later came back and had right paperwork but 800 more. I bought tires there and Andrea found prince match at tire kingdom down street and Jason said he could not do that when you both are authorized dealers for Hankook. I will be purchasing else as he was not helpful. Asked to have car filly looked over along with 50k service and 50k service and was only given oil change. Very disappointed in service. l

I have been a customer of Shane‘s for a year. I have to admit this time. My experience is not good. I had to constantly call to find out the status of my car. I made it clear that I was leaving out of state and my car still was not ready, and I asked if the car can be driven to my house cause I had no one to pick it up. I was told because there wasn’t enough help that they couldn’t I asked to speak to a service manager. No one ever called me back so I was kind of disappointed, I will say this is the first time from a customer service experience

Service wasn’t as good as we have experienced previously. We purchased our vehicle due to great service we had at Sheehan in the past. Last time we were provided a nice loaner vehicle from the dealership. This time I had to be picked up by Enterprise then go across the street and process everything myself. Then I was told to return the car to Enterprise myself and be shuttle back to dealership. Dealing with Jason Trask wasn’t a pleasant experience. He seemed that he was bothered by resolving our issues. We had called earlier with Karla Joseph and made an appointment. Upon my arrival there was no confirmation of an appointment. There appears to be communication issues with your employee’s. Hopefully in the future things will go smoother.

I've been coming to Sheehan for 15 years and have bought two cars here, but I don't think I'll be coming back. Your prices are simply out of control, beyond what one would reasonably expect from a dealership. $3,200 for a transmission mount replacement on a 2012 Verano? Insanity. Absolutely beyond the pale of anything one could reasonably expect to pay. I brought my 2018 Enclave in recently to check on a service bulletin regarding hesitation while shifting at lower speeds and no one bothered to check what I asked for and instead went to the nuclear option of a $6,500 torque converter replacement. When I asked the technician to do what I asked, I was told it would be another two hours, and after four hours and multiple phone calls, I finally got through to ask about my car and get it back. I don't feel like I matter at all, and I'm just one more wallet paying your overhead. Every aspect of Sheehan's service has declined in the last few years: repairs that are 3x-4x the cost of literally anywhere else, excessive wait times, a terrible lack of communication from the service advisors, and a general dearth of any kind of warmth or empathy for the exorbitant prices you charge in difficult financial times. If "Sheehan's believin'," then I've seen all I need to see.

For the pass three years I have drought my truck to Sheehan, last month I took my vehicle in for annual oil change and tire rotation. I got home after the service was done and noticed that one lock on three of the wheels were missing. days later I was told that the locks on but they had been broken off. The tires were not looked at. Did get some good information about what Buick is similar to my GMC Terrain as my lease is up in 7 months

Unfortunately, the expensive warranty that I bought with my 2020 used Sierra 1500 two years ago had expired. My estimated repair costs for repairing/replacing lifters, crankshaft and likely the entire engine approaches over $17K.......not exactly happy here!....not a total fault for the dealer, but the incident on my 5.3 engine appears related to the overall GM 6.2 engine issue since 2019 and the class action lawsuit for the 6.2 that they are facing. Dealership....yes I would buy again from here.

I arrived and met with the service manager promptly. The wait time was just as promised. The vehicle was returned. I checked the PSI in the tires before I left. The pressure was at 80% of what the vehicle was brought in at. The responses received were not professional. 30 PSI across the 4 tires was "due to the cold weather". An hour and half earlier they were at 35. I can only hope the oil was changed and the tires rotated.

I requsted GMC online to honor a 20% discount email received from GM. They advised me to have dealer handle it, that it should be no problem. Brandon is amazing! He is honest and polite. The facility is always clean. The seating area has a free coffee machine, lots of comfortable couches and wifi. I get there open my laptop and work while my car is being serviced. Its usually about a 2 hour wait but I also get a free exterior car wash. I love going here even though I live 40 mins away. For me its worth the drive.

I had my first oil change at Sheehan last week. It was a wonderful experience!!! From the time I met Kyle, my service coordinator, til the time I checked out, everything went perfectly. I was told 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours wait. We did then add front end alignment. Was 3 hours plus. I liked my car being washed but didn't know they would do the interior. I have a lot of junk inside. Then they used a fragrance on top of that. I hate all fragrance. Use none of it in my home or life. I would have refused the wash. The car is still smelling bad. Also when I left dealership my brakes were making a horrible noise when depressed for complete stop. All the way home. Called the person back that handled my appointment but my call was never returned. 5 days now. The noise did stop so I am hoping that it had to do with alignment and is okay.

The lady at the check-out window was very nice. She showed me the waiting room and the beverages that were available. The waiting room was clean and comfortable and the TV was on.
